Thursday Evening Bible Study

Journey through Scripture is the St. Paul Center’s dynamic Bible study program designed to help ordinary Catholics grow in their knowledge of the Scriptures while deepening their understanding of the riches of our faith. Distinctively Catholic, Journey through Scripture reads the Bible from the heart of the Church, engaging both the Old and New Testaments and how they work together. It’s grounded in history, yet actively engages topics faced by today’s Catholic. More than just an ordinary Bible study, it’s biblical catechesis.

Advent Mission – December

Julie Carrick returns to Nativity of the Lord Jesus for a Two-Day Advent Mission entitled, “Come to the Manger”, an event of music and spoken word that will take us deeper than ever before into what it means to live a Eucharistic Life.  Let this special time of retreat take you on the journey to Bethlehem to meet the Christ-Child and then continue with Him on the road to eternal life nourished and sustained by Him.  This hour and half each day will be the most meaningful time you can spend during this Advent Season to prepare your heart for Christmas and beyond.
The Mission begins with Part One on Dec. 1st Sunday afternoon at 2:30PM and Part Two on Dec. 2nd Monday Evening at 6:30PM.
Please bring your family and friends – All are welcome!
