Bible Theme of the Week GOD'S LOVE FOR MAN. "Love" can be a tricky word. It has been used to justify everything from the buying and selling of human bodies to military atrocities committed "in the national interest." But one sort of love is sure and unfailing: God's love for all. This love was revealed most vividly when Jesus laid down his life for his friends. We are his friends if we are willing to risk loving as he did.
